(We’ll usually be able to take calls and emails outside of office hours! – Try getting that level of service from larger brokers) Chances are you will have heard from us personally throughout your term of insurance, as we are always interested in how our clients are getting on, but just so you know, our renewal process starts 8 weeks prior to your renewal date, as we need to assess in partnership with our clients if any changes need to be made to policies. Oh, and you’ll get any claims experiences (where relevant) 3 weeks prior to renewal.
